Please read our company’s terms and conditions carefully prior to
booking all activities, packages and accommodation. We cannot afterwards be
held responsible for any errors caused by failure to read or understand them in
All bookings require a deposit which is non-refundable. All final payments and group numbers must be finalised 28 days before the event date, payments cannot be made on the day.
A minimum of 28 days’ notice prior to the party date is required to cancel a party. In most cases you will receive a refund of the balance; however exact terms vary from one event to another. Cancelled parties within 28 days are non-refundable.
Participants must all be over 18, please advise if you have younger group members.
Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, we must reserve the right to change the start times, dates, or venue locations. We will endeavour to find a replacement activity, however for parties where we cannot meet your needs, we will offer a full refund.
Client changes to dates or times cannot be made once your booking has been confirmed. We may need to make time or venue changes. In the case of us having to cancel, a full refund will be given.
Health and Safety
Participants may be required to fill out a medical questionnaire and sign a risk disclaimer before their event activity. Customers must warrant that they are fit to undertake the activity and advise the event leader of any medical conditions which may affect participation in the event. Furthermore, you must at all times follow the instructions issued by leaders, who are trained to be mindful of your health and safety at all times. The event leader has the right to refuse to teach any participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
In the event that the client is unhappy with the service provided by Pink Welly Events, the client must raise the issue immediately with head office. A complaints claim will then be processed centrally. In the event that the client is unhappy with the activity, the complaint will be raised with the event provider and they will follow their own protocol. Should a refund be granted it will be the activity providers refund amount, and not any booking fees incurred by Pink Welly Events.
Your personal information
Pink Welly Events is committed to the protection of your personal information in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
When you make a booking with Pink Welly Events we record your name, email address and telephone number. Your details will not be passed on to any third party and we will only use your number to contact you regarding bookings for Pink Welly Events. Your activity provider will receive a copy of your phone number to contact you in relation to the event that you are booked on. Pink Welly Events will not use your phone number to contact you in relation to any of our other brands.
If you sign up to the Pink Welly Events mailing list we will record your email address and you will receive periodical newsletters from Pink Welly Events. Your email address will not be shared with any third party.
Any pictures submitted to Pink Welly Events may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
You agree that Pink Welly Events, and its activity and accommodation providers, partners and employees, will not be liable to you for any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, due to or arising from your lessons with Pink Welly Events.
Pink Welly Events may terminate this Agreement by giving 24 hours notice.
Pink Welly Events may terminate this Agreement immediately should the Clients be in repudiatory breach of contract.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website we automatically collect some technical information about your visit. This is not personal information, but includes your IP address, the type of browser used, the duration of your visit and the pages visited. We use this information to improve the navigation and accessibility of our website. If you access one of the secure areas of the website we record some details of your visit and we use this information to look for ways to improve the service we offer you.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored temporarily by your browser and used by the website you are visiting to remember you throughout your visit to that website. Pink Welly Events uses session (non-persistent) cookies to identify you when you log into a secure area and thereby avoid the need for you to repeat the entry of your password as you navigate around the secure areas of the website. The cookies are deleted as soon as a session is ended.
Pink Welly Events also uses persistent cookies to store non-personal details when you visit our website. This enables us to find out whether your computer has visited our website before by checking to see, and finding, the cookie left there on the last visit. Using these cookies we are able to examine and analyse, in an anonymous and aggregate way, how our websites are used in order that we can improve the layout, navigation and accessibility of the websites

Entire Agreement and Applicable Law
This Agreement sets out all of the terms between Pink Welly Events and the Clients.
This contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and English Courts shall have jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.
