Budget Hen Parties

As January draws to a close you may be wondering how the blimmin' heck you managed to get through the month after an expensive festive season left you scrambling in the deepest parts of your pockets for small change just to buy yourself a measly microwave meal. (Or is that just me?!) No doubt Christmas and New Year saw the flurry of Facebook peeps pimping their new diamonds which only adds to your financial concerns. It is destined to be another year of engagement parties, hen parties & weddings... How will you cope?!

Skint this January? Worry no more!

Skint this January? Worry no more!

Well I'm here to tell you to worry no more. Yes hen parties can be expensive, but they don't have to be. Whether you choose to run an afternoon activity and evening event only, or hire a self catering cottage somewhere remote, there are options for low budget hen parties which don't scrimp on the fun. Glamping is a popular choice at the moment but if tents aren't your thing, why not head down to North Devon for a relaxing weekend in a rural location? You could have a slumber party on the Friday night (free!) with games & bubbly, then book an afternoon craft activity where you create something useful such as wedding bunting or a wedding trousseau. You'll have fun with the girls doing a craft hen party activity whilst also donating to the wedding. Saturday night could see you rent a local minivan & hit the town, or have a dance hen party at your cottage & maybe a movie fest of 80s classics...

This may sound like an expensive weekend but I promise it is cheap & cheerful as long as you're willing to cook yourself & perhaps be up for some cliff top walks to fill the arvos. I mean, who doesn't like a walk & rewarding pint at the local pub?! We have lots of hen party ideas for hen parties in Devon, as well as cheap London hen party activities, simply check out the pages & don't hesitate to get in touch to chat through your needs. January may be coming to a close but your bank balance need not!
